Andre Adams
has become a firm favourite
with the Trent Bridge crowds since making
his debut in 2007. Although his brutal,
lower-order hitting can alter the course of a
contest in rapid time, Adams’ strength is in
his lively swing bowling which has delivered
more than 50 championship wickets in each
of the last three seasons.
His total of 68 in 2010, which earned him
the first of his two Player of theYear Awards,
included

championship-winning
dismissal of Shivnarine Chanderpaul on the
last day of the season.
